Ingredients:

  • 250 g of noodles
  • 150 g vegetables
  • 2 eggs
  • 15 g scallion
  • 1 table spoon salt or according to your taste
  • 3-4 table spoon of soya sauce
  • 60 g peanut oil

Procedure:

Take the eggs and blend them with the help of a fork by putting them in a bowl. Add salt in it and set aside this bowl we use it later. Take any vegetables which you like to eat cut them into small pieces. After cleaning the scallions, chop them finally. We use them later set a side these vegetables. For noodles boil them in a hot water and rinse them with a cold water. Put them on a plate and let it cool. Take a wok add peanut oil in it and let it on a low flame until its temperature increases. Add the blended mixture of egg in it and keep stirring until it makes a thin particles like structure. Put them in a bowl when it is ready.

Take another wok place it on a low flame. Add remaining peanut oil and scallion pieces in it. When you smell the fragrance of a scallions, add soy sauce, salt, and drop rape pieces in it. Keen stirring until it completely cooked. Take out a dish and put them in a dish set aside the remaining juice in a wok. In a remaining juice put the noodles in it on a low flame. Ingredients:

  • 250 g of beef (i.e. salted beef)
  • Scallions according to your demand
  • ½ inch ginger cut it into slices
  • ¼ cup of oil
  • Amylum according to need
  • Fried noodle as much as you need
  • Oyster sauce

Procedure:

First, fried the noodles and cut them into many pieces. Take wok and add oil in it when it gets hot. Add the noodles into the wok and keep stirring it. Fry until it crisp. Then after some time put them into a bowl. Again sprinkle with a drop of oil and fry with beef keep stirring until completely cooked. Pour out and filter out of the oil. How to Cook Kung Pao Chicken

Chinese dishes are famous because of their unique tastes. Kung pao chicken also called Chinese cuisine is one the famous Chinese dish which can be made by peanuts and spicy diced chicken. Its most important ingredient which add more taste in the kung pao chicken is the fried peanuts and chicken with red pepper. Follow the below procedure and cook Kung pao chicken today in your dinner. Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken nearly 1 kg (cut it like drumstick)
  • Peanuts
  • Dried red pepper
  • 1 table spoon ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 cup pf cooking oil
  • 1 table spoon of salt or according to your taste
  • Shallot
  • 1 table spoon of red chili powder or according to your taste
  • Cooking starch
  • 1-2 table spoon of rice vinegar
  • 2-3 table spoon of soya sauce
  • 1 table spoon on sugar or according to your taste

Procedure:

Before cooking soak the peanuts in hot water for 10-15 minute. So that the skin of the peanuts can be easily removed. Take a pan and add 3-4 table spoon of oil on it. Add peanuts for fry. Wait until peanuts color change to light yellow. Drain them in a plate or a bowl. Set aside this plate and let them cool. Take a bowl and add chicken, salt, ginger and garlic paste, and cooking starch in it. Mix them and set aside this mixture for 40 minute. On a high flame fry this mixture.

Now use soya sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar to make a starchy sauce. In a hot wok heat the oil and add peppercorns in it. Fry them for 3-4 minute. Add pepper and fry until bronze. To prevent the pepper from burnt fry it on a low flame. Fry for 1 minute and add garlic in it. Now finally add chicken in it, and turn up the fire. Add chili powder and fry until oil color is changed to red. Finally add starchy sauce in it. Add fried peanuts in it and diced shallot, fry them and the dish is ready to serve. 3-4 people easily eat this. Enjoy its taste and comment your experience.
