Step by Step guide How to Cook Baked Eggs

One of the most eaten breakfast in world are Eggs. As eggs are great source of Proteins and available in cheap prices throughout the World. The Egg white contains Vitamin B2 and more than half of the proteins than Egg yolk. Egg white also contain Vitamin D, Selenium, Vitamin B6, B12, and rich in minerals. Ingredients:

  • 1 Big Onion
  • 1 Big Tomato
  • 5 Leaves of Spinach
  • 3 Green Onions
  • 2 Green Chili
  • Some Olives
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 1/4 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 8 Cheese Bars

Procedure:

Cut all the Ingredients into small pieces. Take a bowl and put all this in it and Mix well. Baked plate brush it with few drops of oil. Add this mixture in it. Place bars of cheese on and bake it for 25mins at 180 degree.
