Recipe of Chicken Malai Boti

Chicken Malai boti is one of the most delicious traditional recipe. Its unique and delicious taste separate it from other traditional recipes. Mostly Pakistani like it eating in lunch. Even we can say that Pakistani love to eat Malai boti. If you want to impress any one by cooking then it is the best recipe to be cooked. No one can forget its taste when eat once. Its recipe is very simple and easy to follow. This recipe is ready in minutes and ready for serving. Ingredients:

  • 1 kg boneless chicken (cut into small cubes)
  • 1 cup of fresh cream
  • 3-4 table spoon of yoghurt
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • 1 table spoon of salt or according to your taste
  • 2 table spoon of red chili or according to your taste
  • 4-5 lemon (cut it into half and extract its juice)
  • 1 table spoon of ginger and garlic paste
  • ½ tea spoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 table spoon of raw papaya
  • 2 table spoon of chicken tikka masala or tikka masala
  • Oil for BBQ
  • Charcoal

Procedure:

Take a bowl and add all ingredients i.e. chicken, salt, red chili, ginger paste, lemon juice, turmeric powder, garlic paste, raw papaya, tikka masala, milk, yoghurt and cream. Mix well with the help of your hands. Best way is to take one piece of chicken and dip it one by one on this mixture. Cover it for 2 hours and left it for marinate. Now you can fry it in oil or do BBQ all depends on you. Must share your experience.
