When the sun heat, gym on exercise equipment, stress at work and a list of emotions are high end, excessive sweating can be a trouble and a source of embarrassment. Sometimes sweating a lot may be a serious issue. What causes excessive sweating?   • Drink distilled water to much in a day.
  • Choose lightweight cotton fabric.
  • Wear womens athletic shoes and athletic shoes made up of breathable fabrics.
