How to Cook bhindi

If you want a delicious and spicy gravy made bhindi then follow the procedure and enjoy its delicious taste. Mouthwatering bhindi made from tomato, onion and by using garam masala ingredients. You may serve it with naan because of its gravy like texture. This is an easy recipe as you didn’t thought about it. Follow the procedure given below and cook it today and give me feedback.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg Bhindi (cut it into small pieces)
  • 2-3 big onion (cut it into long thick pieces)
  • 2-3 big tomatoes (cut each tomato into 4 pieces)
  • ½ cup of oil
  • ½ tea spoon of cumin seeds (zeera)
  • 1 tea spoon of salt (or according to your taste)
  • ¼ tea spoon of turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 2-3 green chili (cut it into small pieces)
  • 1 tea spoon of red chili powder
  • 1 lemon (cut it into two pieces)

Procedure:

Place the pan on stove with a low flame. Add onion in it, fry it until its color change into light brown color. Add tomatoes, red chili, green chili, salt, turmeric powder and stir it. After stirring 1-2 times add bhindi and stir it again. Cover and cook on a low heat until soft. Don’t stir it so much and never add water in it. Add cumin seeds and stir it. Now check it if it is done then serve it. When bhindi is ready to serve sprinkle lemon on it and eat it.
