How to cook Chicken Karahi

Chicken karahi the most delicious and ever cooked in homes. All people in home like to eat and when it serves in a best way it adds value in it. The easiest recipe to cook. Here I share the easiest way to cook chicken karahi with minimum items.

Ingredients

  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Chicken cut into small pieces (500gm)
  • Crushed ginger 1 tablespoon
  • Crushed garlic 1 tablespoon
  • Salt according to taste
  • Red chili according to taste
  • Black pepper according to taste
  • Green chili 2 cut into small pieces
  • Tomatoes 5 cut each into four large pieces
  • Coriander
  • Yoghurt 2 tablespoon

Cooking directions:

Heat oil for few seconds and add chicken in it. Stir it once and add garlic in it. Stir until the chicken turns into light brown color. Add black pepper, red chili, salt according to your taste in it. Stir it and add tomatoes in it. Cover it on a low flame for 5 min and add 2 table spoon of yoghurt in it. Cover it again after 5 min add green chili in it and cook the chicken until its ready to eat. Serve in a dish and garnish it with ginger and coriander.
