Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken nearly 1 kg (cut it like drumstick)
  • Peanuts
  • Dried red pepper
  • 1 table spoon ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 cup pf cooking oil
  • 1 table spoon of salt or according to your taste
  • Shallot
  • 1 table spoon of red chili powder or according to your taste
  • Cooking starch
  • 1-2 table spoon of rice vinegar
  • 2-3 table spoon of soya sauce
  • 1 table spoon on sugar or according to your taste

Procedure:

Before cooking soak the peanuts in hot water for 10-15 minute. So that the skin of the peanuts can be easily removed. Take a pan and add 3-4 table spoon of oil on it. Add peanuts for fry. Wait until peanuts color change to light yellow. Drain them in a plate or a bowl. Set aside this plate and let them cool. Take a bowl and add chicken, salt, ginger and garlic paste, and cooking starch in it. Mix them and set aside this mixture for 40 minute. On a high flame fry this mixture.

Now use soya sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar to make a starchy sauce. In a hot wok heat the oil and add peppercorns in it. Fry them for 3-4 minute. Add pepper and fry until bronze. To prevent the pepper from burnt fry it on a low flame. Fry for 1 minute and add garlic in it. Now finally add chicken in it, and turn up the fire. Add chili powder and fry until oil color is changed to red. Finally add starchy sauce in it. Ingredients:

  • 2 glass of rice (wash it first and soaked 1 hour before cooking)
  • 3 carrots (cut it into small pieces)
  • 2 capsicum (also called Shimla mirch cut it into small pieces)
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic (make its paste)
  • 1 egg (blend it with the help of fork)
  • 2 table spoon of Chinese salt or according to your taste
  • 2 table spoon of black pepper
  • 1 chicken maggi
  • ¼ cup of oil
  • 1½ table spoon of soya sauce
  •  ½ tea spoon of yellow color
  • 3 green onions (cut it into small pieces)

Procedure:

Boil Rice:

Boil water in a large pan and when water start boiling add rice in it. Wait until the rice is cook but make sure that drain them before rice fully cooked. Set aside these rice for some time.

Fry:

Take a small pan add 2 table spoon of oil in it. Add carrots in it and stir it. Wait until the carrot cooked well but not too much. Put these fried carrots in the plate.
Again add oil in the pan and add capsicum (also called Shimla mirch) in it. Stir it and take out in a plate before fully cooked. Fry for 2-3 minute.

Cook:

Take a large pan and add ¼ cup of oil in it. Add yellow color in the blended egg and mix it. Add this in the pan and continuously stir it to make its thin pieces. Add garlic paste, carrot, and capsicum in it and stir it. Add boil rice, Chinese salt, soya sauce and black pepper in it. Stir it and mix well. Now add the green onion in it and cover it for 10-15 minute on a low flame. After that Chinese rice is ready to eat you can serve it to 5-6 people.   • ½ cup of oil
  • 2 small onion (cut it into small pieces)
  • 2 tomatoes (cut it into small pieces)
  • 3-4 green chili (cut it into small pieces)
  • ½ table spoon of garlic and ginger paste
  • 1 tea spoon of salt or according to your taste
  • 1 tea spoon of red chili or according to your taste
  • ½ tea spoon of turmeric powder (haldi)
  • 1 cup of black channa (soak them in a water for 5-6 hour before making)
  • 1½ glass of rice (soak it for 15 minute before cooking)
  • 1 tea spoon of cumin seeds (zeera)
  • 1 black cardamom (bari ilaichi)
  • ½ inch piece of cinnamon (dalchini)
  • 3 glass of water

Procedure:

Add oil in a pressure cooker wait until it slightly hot. Add onion in it and wait till the color is changed into light brown. Add green chili, tomatoes, red chili, salt, garlic paste, ginger paste, black cardamom and cinnamon in it. Stir it for 3 minute and add black channa in it. Add 3 glass of water in it and cover it and give pressure for 20 minute. After that open the pressure cooker after the steam totally come out. Check it are they cooked or not. If not then give again pressure. Now wait until the water completely finish then add 3 glass i.e. double the rice. Wait until the water start boiling add rice in it and cover it for 5 minute on a high flame. Put away the cover and wait until slight water left. Sprinkle the cumin seeds and cover it for 20 minute. The dish is ready to serve enjoy it.

Note: Use the same glass for every measurement.

There are numerous drinks which are good for your health in summer. Some of them you can try are below with minimum ingredients and amazing taste. All these fresh drinks gives glow to your skin and provides your body an extra strength. Try it and share your opinion with me.

1. Fresh Basil Lemonade drink


Ingredients:

  • 7 cups of lemonade
  • 1 cup sugar or according to your taste
  • 1 bunch of fresh leaves of basil
  • Take extra basil leaves for garnishing as it attracts a lot
  • 1½ cup of cold water 

Procedure:

Take a small pan over a low flame and add sugar in it. 1½ cup of cold water add it to a simmer. Don’t stir it and wait until sugar dissolve. Within 5 minute the mixture thickens to some extent. Take it away from heat and add basil in it. Let it cool in a room temperature. After cooling it discard the solids and strain the syrup into a container. Now use this syrup to make drinks. Pour out 2 table spoon of basil syrup into a glass. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Fill the glass with lemonade and garnish it with additional leaves of basil. You can refrigerate the remaining syrup and you can use it up to 1 week.

2. Fresh Watermelon drink


Ingredients:

  • 1½ cup of lemonade
  • Half cup of fresh mint
  • 4-5 cup of seedless watermelon chunks 

Procedure: 

Take a blender and add watermelon and lemonade in it. Blend it and take out it from blender in a jug. Stir the mint and add ice cubes in it. Serve the drink in a glass. As it is good for your skin and health too. It also improves your digestion process.

3. Fresh Mango drink

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of mango (ripe it first and then cut it into small pieces)
  • 2-3 table spoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup of coconut cream
  • 1 cup of ice (crushed it)
  • ½ cup pf unsweetened pineapple juice

Procedure:

Take a blender and add all these ingredients i.e. mango, fresh lemon juice, coconut cream, ice, and pineapple juice in it. Blend it until it the drink thickens. Serve it in a glasses with a straw and enjoy its delicious taste.

  • ½ big cup of oil
  • 2-3 potatoes (peel it and cut it into pieces)
  • 1 table spoon of garlic and ginger paste

  • 2 tomatoes (cut it into pieces)
  • 4-5 green chili (cut it into small pieces)
  • 1 tea spoon of red chili or according to your taste
  • 1½ tea spoon of salt or according to your taste
  • ½ tea spoon of turmeric powder
  • ½ tea spoon of cumin seeds (zeera)
  • 2-3v bunch of spinach (palak) leaves

Procedure:

First wash the spinach leaves and cut it. In a cooking pan add oil and onion in it until it turns into light brown color. Add tomatoes, red chili, turmeric powder, salt, garlic paste and green chili in it. Stir it for 2-3 times and add palak in it. Cover it on a low flame and cook for 15 minute while stirring after every 5 minute. Now add potatoes in it and cook until it completely cooked. After that add cumin seeds (zeera) in it and serve it with chapatti. Now enjoy its delicious taste.

Easy Recipe of chocolate cake

To make a delicious chocolate cake follow these easy steps. Full of creamy chocolate icing and moist chocolate sponge cake. It’s not a time taking procedure you will prepare and bake it in 50 minute approximately. You can serve it to six people easily. You may serve it with fresh cream. If you don’t want to eat it once then store it in an airtight container. Now collect all the ingredients and start preparing it.

Ingredients:

  • 170g of flour
  • 170g of caster sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 170g of butter
  • 1 tea spoon of baking powder
  • 35g of cocoa powder
  • 3½ table spoon of warm water
  • For serving use icing sugar
  • Use 2 x 16 cm sandwich tins deep, oiled and lined with non-stick baking paper

For chocolate spreading icing:

  • 145ml double cream
  • 3½ table spoon of apricot jam 
  • 145g of plain chocolate (cut in into pieces)

Procedure:

Take a bowl and add eggs, flour, caster sugar, baking powder, butter start beating it continuously until smooth. Before that preheat the oven to 180 degree centigrade/gas mark 4. Now take another bowl and add cocoa and little water in it to make a stiff paste. Add this mixture in the previous bowl. Put it into the prepared tins, plain the top and bake it in the preheated oven. It may takes 24-25 minute to bake. Notice it carefully and after that cool it in the tin. Before icing cool down it completely. After that cut it into two equal horizontal pieces.

Prepare icing:

Take a bowl and measure the chocolate and cream. Melt it over a low heat in a pan of a hot water. Wait and stir it until it melt completely. Let it cool now.

Ice the cake:

On the top of a cake spread the apricot jam properly. On the top of the jam spread icing. Place the other cake portion on it. It looks like a sandwich. Spread the remaining icing on it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg Bhindi (cut it into small pieces)
  • 2-3 big onion (cut it into long thick pieces)
  • 2-3 big tomatoes (cut each tomato into 4 pieces)
  • ½ cup of oil
  • ½ tea spoon of cumin seeds (zeera)
  • 1 tea spoon of salt (or according to your taste)
  • ¼ tea spoon of turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 2-3 green chili (cut it into small pieces)
  • 1 tea spoon of red chili powder
  • 1 lemon (cut it into two pieces)

Procedure:

Place the pan on stove with a low flame. Add onion in it, fry it until its color change into light brown color. Add tomatoes, red chili, green chili, salt, turmeric powder and stir it. After stirring 1-2 times add bhindi and stir it again. Cover and cook on a low heat until soft. Don’t stir it so much and never add water in it. Add cumin seeds and stir it. Now check it if it is done then serve it. When bhindi is ready to serve sprinkle lemon on it and eat it.

How to Cook Homemade pasta

Many people like to eat homemade pasta which rarely people cook it in home. You rarely don’t need to hours of free time to make it. You even don’t need fancy equipment too to cook pasta.

Dough Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of flour
  • ½ tea spoon of salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • Olive oil

Procedure:

Start by whisking together flour and salt in a bowl. Mix it and then add eggs in this bowl. In the center of the flour make a well and add extra virgin olive oil. Add dried herbs or wet ingredients like pesto in it to give extra flavor to your pasta. Now slowly including some of the flour around the boundaries while whisk the oil and eggs with the fork. When whisking with a fork notice carefully when the dough becomes too thick, turn the dough out against a clean work space. Along with any remaining flour from the bowl noticeably. Mold the dough until you have a flat, firm and stiff ball of dough.

With the help of a plastic wrap the dough loosely and let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature. If you don’t want to cook it now then stored in the refrigerator for up to a day or until you want to cook. Cut the pasta or divide the dough into a smaller portions when you are ready to make pasta. At a time work with one portion of a dough, leave the remaining portions with the plastic. So that the remaining portions prevent from drying out.

Flatten the dough portion while dust the dough freely with flour, now level it into a rectangular shape with the help of your hands. Make it like a long and thin sheet. Keep rolling it until the dough as thin as possible. To figure out that you rolled well or dough is ready to cook here is a tip for you. When you held up to light you should be able to see your hands through the pasta easily.

Once again dust the pasta freely with flour, then fold it into a wide roll. Instead of simply rolling the pasta up into a tube, fold the pasta into a flat roll will help you to prevent the pasta from being compressed as you cut it. To cut a pasta into strips use a sharp knife. Dust with flour and shake the cut pasta strands out into a free pile. The pasta is ready to cook you may dropped it into a boiling water. You may froze it if you want.

How to Cook Homemade pizza recipe without oven


Dough ingredients:

  • ½ kg maida flour.
  • 1 table spoon salt.
  • 1 table spoon sugar.
  • 3-4 table spoon milk.
  • 2 table spoon yeast.
  • ½ tea spoon of baking soda.
  • 1-2 table spoon oil.

Procedure:

Mix all ingredients salt, sugar, milk, maida flour, yeast, baking soda, and oil in a bowl. Gradually add water while mixing it until it looks like a ball. Use your hands to make it. Now covered this bowl and place in a warm place. Make dough before 1½ hours of making pizza.

Pizza ingredients:

  • ½ kg boneless chicken pieces.
  • ½ table spoon salt.
  • 1 ½ table spoon red chili powder.
  • 2-3 lemon (extract its juice with hands).
  • 4-5 table spoon chicken tikka masala.
  • 2-3 table spoon of yoghurt.
  • 2-3 table spoon of vinegar.
  • 1 table spoon of garlic paste.
  • 2 tomatoes (cut it into pieces).
  • 1 big onion (cut it into pieces).
  • 2 capsicum (Shimla mirch) cut it into pieces.
  • 3-4 table spoon of tomato ketchup.
  • 1 tea spoon of chaat masala.
  • ½ cup of oil.
  • Mozzarella cheese (crushed).
  • Olives (green or black which one you like).

Procedure:

Take bowl and add chicken, red chili, salt, tikka masala, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic paste and yoghurt in in it. Mix well with hands and cover it. Marinate this mixture for 30 minute. Take a pan put it on a low flame stove add oil in it (4-5 table spoon.). Add the marinated chicken in it and cooked well. After cooking place it in a bowl. Again take a pan and add 2-3 table spoon of oil in it. Add onion, tomatoes, and capsicum in it. Light fry it for 2-3 minute and put it in another bowl. Add chaat masala, salt (1/2 tea spoon) and black pepper (1/2 tea spoon) in it and mix well.

Now take pizza pan and put small amount of dough in it (it depends on you which size of pizza you want to make). Before placing dough in it with the help of your hands spread few drops of oil so that pizza can’t stick to it. Spread a thin layer of dough on a pizza pan. Add ketchup and spread it with your hands. Add the tomatoes, onion and capsicum mixture on it as much as you want. Add thin layer of mozzarella cheese then add chicken pieces and olives on it. Spread mozzarella cheese on the top. Put it on a pre-heated pan and cover it. Wait for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts and dough cooked. Serve it and enjoy its delicious taste 

Precautions:

For pizza pre-heated a big pan for 10 minutes. Use gloves to place pizza pan into a big pan.

Chicken plao with delicious taste are too liked by everyone. I am sharing my own recipe to cook it. Simple ingredients and procedure. All the ingredients available in every home so no need to go outside to buy special ingredients. Easy to follow try it and give me feedback.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 kg chicken cut into pieces
  • 2½ glasses of rice 
  • 2 small size onion cut into medium size
  • 4 green chili cut into small pieces
  • 3 big tomatoes cut each tomato into 4 pieces
  • 1 tea spoon ginger paste
  • 1 table spoon garlic paste
  • Salt according to your taste
  • 2 tea spoon of red chili or according to your taste
  • ½ tea spoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 tea spoon of garam masala powder
  • 2 table spoon yoghurt

Procedure:

  1. Fill the bowl with water add rice in it before cook for 1 hour so that it ready for cooking.
  2. Now take a cooking pan and add oil in it and put it on a stove. Add onion in it and stir it.
  3. After some time stir it again. Stir it until the onion color turns into brown color.
  4. As the onion color changed add garlic and ginger paste in it and stir it.
  5. Now add chicken in it and stir it until the chicken color changed into light brown color.
  6. Add tomatoes, red chili, green chili, turmeric powder, salt, and garam masala.
  7. Stir it again.
  8. Cover it and wait for 5 min after that stir it again and add yoghurt in it so that the chicken smell ended.
  9. Cover it again and wait until chicken cooked.
  10. Add 5 glasses of water in it on a high flame. Glass should be the same one which is for rice.
  11. As water start boiling add rice in it and cover it for 2 min.

  2. Lie on a bed or where you are relax.
  3. Straight your legs both.
