It provides you awareness that which food adds more calories in your diet and responsible for your weight gain. Awareness always help a lot without it you can even don’t do a simple task then how you lose weight which is a big task without awareness. Like take an example if you eat heavy breakfast, lunch and dinner than it all adds up to your weight.

Always eat less at one time

As we see people don’t have control on their hunger. When serve with food they act like they didn’t eat anything from a long time i.e. 1-2 days. And that’s the big mistake which mostly people do. Always eat less from your appetite it helps you a lot. Many people at the time of dinner eat much and then the whole night they spend with discomfort. Your stomach disturb because you didn’t control yourself when you have to. Right decision at right time! And it’s an effective weight loss tip. Always keep your appetite don’t eat more at one time. Like if you have taken breakfast then after two hours eat apple and after 20 mint drink water. When there is a time for lunch eat something without roti. Because in one roti there is approximately 102 calories and if you eat naan then it has 338 calories. Always eat in chunks less after some time.

Routine of a person play a key role in losing weight. Because every person has its own duties, responsibilities, office work and home work etc. Some of the routines of people explain below:
1. There are people who are doing jobs in offices and they spent their whole day by sitting on one chair. And when they reach home they are so tired that they lie on a bed and do nothing. Add fruits in your diet

Nowadays people forget the main source of vitamins, calcium, protein etc. they like eating fast food. But they don’t know the side effects. It’s the best tip which actually work that add fruits in your daily routine. It reduce your weight and you will not feel heavy after eating them as you feel with fast food. Like eat small meal in lunch after that eat apple, banana, grapes and strawberries etc. One best opinion which I personally do is make a fruit chat of these fruits and eat a bowl.

Eat in front of mirror

People forget about their heavy weight when they start eating. When they saw body shape in mirror while bathing then they realize that how much weight they gain. The depression start from there and they decide not to eat much from now. But it’s a temporary feeling when you cover your body with clothes you forget about your shape. Eat in front of mirror so that you don’t eat much. Practically it works.

Walk

Walk is an important thing which you should do in every morning or evening. Walk helps you to reduce calories and increase your stamina. People face difficulty while walk because they don’t have enough time to go outside especially for walk. It’s true nowadays people are too busy so don’t worry I have its solution too. Buy treadmill yes! It’s not so expensive that you don’t afford. When you have a treadmill, walk machine then you don’t have to go outside for walk. Whenever you have time start the treadmill and burn your calories. In start spend 15 mint on treadmill with 4 speed. After that slowly increase your time and its speed.

Drink fresh juices

People greatly like readymade juices which are mixed with water and chemicals. Drink fresh juices and extract the juice at home. No ready-made juice compete the freshness of original juice. Extract carrot juice which increase blood and has a lots of benefit too. Drink 2 glass daily to see its results.

Don’t ever eat prepared food

Mostly people don’t like to prepare food at home. They like eating outside and call order. At that time you people like eating and enjoy but you really don’t know its side effects. Have you ever noticed the oil in which they cook? The hands are washed or not? The frozen chicken, ruin tomatoes and vegetables they used. The expire sauces etc. these are the things which when you start counting it has no end. Never eat prepared food always cook food at home. It greatly reduce your fats in body you yourself notice.

Eat less after noon

Always eat before noon. After noon try not to eat anything. Because this is the time to sleep and to take rest feel free before going to bed. So that you will have better sleep. Do some relaxation exercises like yoga poses.

Keep hydrated

Drink plenty of water like 12-13 glass in a day. The best timing to drink water is to eat after bathing, before meal, in the morning (empty stomach) etc. One thing more don’t drink cold water always drink warm water which is placed outside the refrigerator.
