1. Fresh Basil Lemonade drink


Ingredients:

  • 7 cups of lemonade
  • 1 cup sugar or according to your taste
  • 1 bunch of fresh leaves of basil
  • Take extra basil leaves for garnishing as it attracts a lot
  • 1½ cup of cold water 

Procedure:

Take a small pan over a low flame and add sugar in it. 1½ cup of cold water add it to a simmer. Don’t stir it and wait until sugar dissolve. Within 5 minute the mixture thickens to some extent. Take it away from heat and add basil in it. Let it cool in a room temperature. After cooling it discard the solids and strain the syrup into a container. Now use this syrup to make drinks. Pour out 2 table spoon of basil syrup into a glass. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Fill the glass with lemonade and garnish it with additional leaves of basil. You can refrigerate the remaining syrup and you can use it up to 1 week.

2. Fresh Watermelon drink


Ingredients:

  • 1½ cup of lemonade
  • Half cup of fresh mint
  • 4-5 cup of seedless watermelon chunks 

Procedure: 

Take a blender and add watermelon and lemonade in it. Blend it and take out it from blender in a jug. Stir the mint and add ice cubes in it. Serve the drink in a glass. As it is good for your skin and health too. It also improves your digestion process.

3. Fresh Mango drink

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of mango (ripe it first and then cut it into small pieces)
  • 2-3 table spoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup of coconut cream
  • 1 cup of ice (crushed it)
  • ½ cup pf unsweetened pineapple juice

Procedure:

Take a blender and add all these ingredients i.e. mango, fresh lemon juice, coconut cream, ice, and pineapple juice in it. Blend it until it the drink thickens. Serve it in a glasses with a straw and enjoy its delicious taste.

Method 1:

  1. Take two table spoon of a baking soda in a small bowl.
  2. Add little water in it so that it looks like a paste not too thin.
  3. Apply this paste on an affected area and wait for 15 minute.
  4. Rinse it carefully and dry this area.

Method 2:

  1. Take two tablespoon of baking soda in a bowl.
  2. Mix one teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
  3. Extract out the lemon juice and its 1 tablespoon add in this mixture.
  4. Add 2-3 tablespoon of honey in it and finally mix them all to make a paste.
  5. Apply it and wait for 10 minute or more.
  6. Rinse it with water.

Lemon juice:

Lemon is rapidly use in many cooking recipes and that’s why it is always present in homes. So there is no need to buy it especially for acne treatment. Its acidic properties helps a lot to remove acne scars. It harden the sebum and unblock the pores. It acts like a bleaching agent and clean the skin. Frequent use of lemon juice may harm your skin so use it twice in a week. There are many methods to apply lemon juice two of them explained below. Follow these directions and apply the method which one you like:

Method 1:

  1. Take a lemon and cut it into two pieces.
  2. Take one piece and start rubbing it on an affected area gently.
  3. Keep rubbing for 5 minutes or more and leave it for 2 minute.
  4. Rinse it with water.

Method 2:

  1. Take a lemon and cut it into two pieces.
  2. Extract its juice in a small bowl.
  3. Take equal amount of rose water and mix it.

Toothpaste:

  1. Takeout a small amount of white toothpaste.

  3. Slowly raise your one leg which should stay straight while raising.
  4. Raise as much as you can that you feel stretch in your whole leg.
  5. But in start you feel that you are unable to raise your leg too much then don’t worry at all.
  6. In start it happens with all but slowly after some days you can raise your leg more.
  7. Repeat 3 times in start after that you can increase the repetition.
  8. Now relax this leg and raise the second one and bend the knee of the first one.
  9. Do this exercise for 2 times in a day for better results.

Quad set

  1. Do you still feel difficulty in raising your leg then don’t worry here is the solution the quad set. Now there is no need to raise your leg.
  2. Lie on a bed or where you are relax.
  3. Straight your legs both.
  4. Simply tighten the knee area like pushing it towards floor keep this state for 5-10 sec and then relax.
  5. Repeat this at initial 3-5 times and switch to second leg and do same as explained above.
  6. Do this exercise 2 times in a day.

Pillow squeeze

  1. The overall focus of these exercises is to strengthen the muscles so that your knee pain cured. Now for the third exercise you have to follow these steps:
  2. Lie on a bed or floor straight and bent your knees.
  3. Take a pillow and place it in between the knees.
  4. Now squeeze your knees together as pillow is placed in between.
  5. Hold this state for 3-5 sec and relax.
  6. Repeat this for 5 times.
  7. Do this exercise 2 times in a day for better improvement.
