How to stop belly fat

Now a days mostly people tense about their belly fat and have tried a lot of things to reduce it. But they are not getting positive results as they want and the tension, irritation all increases day by day. There are many reasons that why people fail to reduce their belly fat? What they are doing and eating which not preventing the belly fat? When you first look at your belly with fats your mood, gathering with friends, exercises, and all your daily life activities greatly affected. No one likes belly fat right? Then the question is how to handle the fats and what are the reasons of belly fat?

Reasons of belly fat:

  • Daily life activities like if you are doing job in office. The whole work you have to do while sitting.
  • If you are eating fast food 3-4 times in a week.
  • After eating lie on a bed.
  • Drinking Pepsi and Energy drinks.
  • Late time eating in night.
  • Overeating i.e. eat more than your appetite.

Things you can do Exercise, Eat Fruits and Vegetables:

You have many options to reduce your belly fat. Like if you have a slim body the only thing you want is to reduce fats then you may follow these yoga poses. But if you have a heavy body and you can’t do exercise than eat fruits. Fruits and vegetables which have low calories or nearly zero calories. Eat fruits and vegetables as much as you can. Add more vegetables and fruits in your diet plan. Fruits contain Fiber content which helps a lot to reduce fats. Fruits and vegetables are rich in nutrients and vitamins. You may eat carrot, cabbage, apple, water melon, banana, orange, grape fruit, apricot, and cucumber etc. Any fruit and vegetable which you like. If you don’t like fruits then the best thing is that make fruit chat and add fruits in it. You can easily eat fruits in this way. Just follow the bellow two days diet and notice its immediate effects.

1st day of diet:

Experiment with yourself for a day. In whole day just eat fruits as much as you can. No restrictions on the type of fruit. Eat which one you like and the amount is not fixed. You surely notice that your weight start losing. You will not face the heaviness and irritation as you faced when you eat fast food. Fruits gives you all vitamins and proteins which your body need. No side effects and difficulty you will face. This is the thing which you have to do for one day and for second day. 

2nd day of diet:

One more experiment with yourself eat vegetables as much as you can i.e. raw or cooked. Boil the vegetables which you like the most with black pepper, cinnamon and salt. Eat the vegetables whole day you feel your weight as it reduces slowly. Now it’s up to you how many days you can follow this two days diet and your weight seriously reduce. Actually when I start thinking about losing weight it’s not too difficult. You just need caliper to do everything to lose weight.

Things which you have to Stop First:

  1. Stop drinking energy drinks and soft drinks.
  2. Stop laying on a bed immediately after eating.
  3. Discontinue eating fast food but if really want to eat fast food then eat once in a month.
  4. Avoid all oily and fried foods.
  5. Escape chilly and hot sauces.
  6. Don’t take too much tension as it cause acidity due to which you may face issues and belly size increase.
