Ingredients:

  • 400 g Boneless chicken cut into small cube shape
  • 300 g of dried spaghetti pasta
  • 2 tea spoon of red chili (laal mirch)
  • 4 lemon and extract its juice
  • 3 table spoon of tikka masala
  • 1 large onion (pyaz) cut into pieces
  • 1 large tomato
  • 3 green chili (sabaz mirch)
  • 1 tea spoon of garlic and ginger paste (adrak, lasan)
  • ½ tea spoon of turmeric (haldi)
  • 2 tea spoon of salt (namak)
  • 2 tea spoon vinegar
  • 3 table spoon yoghurt
  • Oil

Procedure:

Follow these steps to make delicious spaghetti.

Marinate Chicken for roast

Take a bowl and add boneless chicken, 1 tea spoon of red chili, tikka masala (National, Mehran etc. as you like), lemon juice, yoghurt, vinegar, 1 tea spoon of salt and mix them with hands. Cover the bowl and left for 1 hour.

Boil spaghettis

Take a large saucepan and fill it with water and wait until it start boiling. Add ½ tea spoon of salt and 1 table spoon of oil in it. Finally add dried spaghettis in it. Cook it until it soften and properly cooked. It may takes 20 mint or more. Now separate the spaghettis from water and put some cold water on it.

Fry roast

Take a large pan and add 3-4 table spoon of oil and the marinated chicken with its mixture. Keep stirring until the chicken cooked. 

Finally mix them

Take a large saucepan add oil and when it heated add onion in it and stir it until it turns to light brownish color. Now add tomato, green chili, garlic paste, ginger paste, ½ tea spoon of salt, 1 tea spoon of red chili, turmeric and stir it for 5 mint. Add boil spaghettis and again stir it. Add ketchup and soya sauce again stir it for 2-3 times. Finally add the roasted chicken in it and stir it 2 times. Cover it for 5 mint on a low flame so that everything mix with each other well.   3. Place your palms next to your face and push your hands slowly while raising your buttock up.
  4. Keep your neck muscles relax and inhale while lower your chest so that your arms are perpendicular or 90 degree to the floor.
  5. You feel that your muscles start tightening. Hold this pose for 15 second or depends on your strength.
  6. Now slowly exhale and lower your body to the floor back.
  7. Repeat this for 3 times in the beginning.

Bridge (Setubandhasana)

  1. Lie straight on a flat surface and relax your body.
  2. Inhale and push up your back against the floor such that your neck and head stay flat on the ground.
  3. Keep this posture for 20 seconds or depends on your ability.
  4. This posture also helpful for digestion and lowering blood pressure.
  5. Now exhale slowly and back to your original position and relax.
  6. Repeat this for 5 times at beginning.
