  • 300 ml fresh cream

  • Half cup of milk
  • 50 gm of butter
  • Cocktail (Fruits)
  • Almond
  • Pistachios

Procedure:

Take a bowl add 300 ml of fresh cream, 2 table spoon powdered (grand the sugar to powdered form) sugar, half table spoon of coffee and start blending. Blend it for 1 to 2 minutes. Add crushed plain chocolate and 50 gm of butter in it. Now crush the Oreo biscuits and add them in the bowl. Add half cup of milk in it. Blend it for 3 to 4 minutes. Oreo biscuits can be replaced with powdered chocolate it is your own choice.
 As the mixture is ready now take another bowl. Mix half spoon of coffee in 250 ml of water. Take tea biscuits one by one and slightly dip it in water mixed with coffee and make layers of these biscuits in the bowl you have just taken and put cocktail (fruits) on the biscuits layer. Now put the above mixture on these biscuit layers. Again make a layer of biscuits and cocktail (fruits) and then putt above mixture. Made at least 3 layers like this.

Wait until peanuts color change to light yellow. Drain them in a plate or a bowl. Set aside this plate and let them cool. Take a bowl and add chicken, salt, ginger and garlic paste, and cooking starch in it. Mix them and set aside this mixture for 40 minute. On a high flame fry this mixture.

Now use soya sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar to make a starchy sauce. In a hot wok heat the oil and add peppercorns in it. Fry them for 3-4 minute. Add pepper and fry until bronze. To prevent the pepper from burnt fry it on a low flame. Fry for 1 minute and add garlic in it. Now finally add chicken in it, and turn up the fire. Add chili powder and fry until oil color is changed to red. Finally add starchy sauce in it.
